We are your reliable freight friend !1、销售：危险品货物（化工品）的承揽，须要求客户提供其产品的详细资料，包括正确的中英文名称、成分表、危规等级等；并须事先向承运人（船东）咨询是否承运。
2、报价：根据客户的具体出运要求：包括货品特性、目的港、船期要求、交货条件、及其它特殊要求，向客户作初步报价；报价表内容包括：海运费+附加费+码头费+报关费+文件费+拖车费（+其它代理费用）；报价表内还需提供大概的船期资料；
3、收委托书：客户按“承运委托书”内容，填写具体的资料，完整清晰，的“承运委托书”内容。
4、订舱及定拖车：严格要求及密切关注拖车公司的时效性；
5、提柜及装柜：整套报关单证需齐全，客户在相关有具体要求的单证中，加盖其公司的公章;
6、报关及放行:向海关递交全套单据，海关审单并根据报关资料审核货物以及单证，抽查或者由货运代理自查（后果自负），并根据货物的类别，按照国家法律的规定收取税收，并填写核销单，以便货物出口后，货主退税用。如果不合格退单重新进行审核。
7、与船东、船代交接:交海关放行条后，向船东（代）索取头程船的船名、航次资料，以备缮制提单； 与船东（代）核对正本提单资料，向船东（代）交付运费、领取船东提单（MB/L）；与船东（代）核对提单料，向船东（代）交付运费，安排电放手续；
8、发放提单:一般情况下，在货物装柜回场后，便与客户确认提单的具体要求，是出具船东提单（MB/L）还是货代提单（HB/L），同时，要求客户提供缮制提单内容的资料；
9、收取运费
10、目的地换单提货
